Note: if you are experiencing difficulties logging in (and keep getting redirected back to this page) this is most likely due to your security setting being set too high. To upload files we need to be able to register a cookie on you computer and therefore your security settings must be set to enable cookies. On IE this means that security settings must not be set no higher than "Medium".

Alternatively, if you have a firewall installed this may be preventing this process - and it might be worth disabling the firewall to see if this is the cause of the problem.
