Joke of the week:     Graduate Training

A manager went onto his factory floor and saw a new young employee working.

"Hey son" he said, in a friendly manner, "see that brush over ther ? Well go and get it, and give the shop floor a good sweeping up will you ?"

"But sir", the employee retorted "I'm a graduate !!!"

"Oh, don't worry son - we'll give you some training first", replied the manager.
